The IOC gender equality review project is a joint initiative of the IOC Women in Sport and Athletes’ Commissions, which was endorsed by the IOC Executive Board in February 2018. This guide presents 25 recommendations to enhance gender quality in 5 specific domains (sport, portrayal, funding, governance and HR, monitoring and governance).
