IOC gender equality review project : IOC gender equality report / International Olympic Committee

The IOC gender equality review project is a joint initiative of the IOC Women in Sport and Athletes’ Commissions, which was endorsed by the IOC Executive Board in February 2018. This report encompasses the findings of the working group with consultation from the IOC administration. It details 25 recommendations which aim at inciting actors of the Olympic movement (athletes, officials, commissions, federations and executives) to take concrete steps and to enact effective change towards better gender equality in 5 specific domains (sport, portrayal, funding, governance and HR, monitoring and governance).
