Presentation of the results of a study conducted by the University of Almería. The general objective of this study was to analyze the perception that the citizens of the province of Almería, Spain, have had of the Project to prepare for the 2005 Mediterranean Games over a period of four years. This was done in order to measure the evolution of the social image of this event from 2002 to after its celebration. This study serves as an element for assessing the success of the organization.
