The torch and its relay are closely linked to the Olympic Games. They announce their arrival, allowing everyone to share the Olympic spirit and to get to know the host country better. This document presents, for each edition of the Olympic Winter Games, all the facts and figures on the torch, its design and technical characteristics; and information on the various aspects of the relay, such as duration, torchbearers, route and some anecdotes from its journey.
