This guide compliments the publication “Integrating human rights in the governance of sport bodies” by offering a deep dive into the processes involved in implementing the first due diligence step to commit and embed human rights. This guide contains two parts. The first outlines a process that might occur within an organisation before it formally adopts a human rights policy and the steps involved in such a process. The second outlines the necessary steps an organisation should take to develop an actual human rights policy.
