This book examines the tools, processes and structures that organized sport should look at with increasing attention to maintain the educational features of sports-people and to ensure its survival. Through the reintroduction of an ethical philosophical path focusing on economy, sport and management, and a call to unity and homogeneity of actions, also in laws and even suggesting the introduction of new communicative languages, the book is an instrument for the implementation of the ethical principles stated in the “Panathlon declaration on ethics in youth sport”, on which the cultural activity of Panathlon International of the last few years has been based.
