The personal data collected during the users’ online registration process through https://library.olympics.com/ (the “OWL Site”) will be processed by the Foundation, as data controller, for the purposes of conducting your online registration within the OWL Site and providing value added services to OWL users (e.g. receive alerts, save personal search, save research basket).

Please also note that for the processing of the personal data of the users who have registered locally onsite for loan purposes with the Partner as well as for managing bibliographical data, the Partner and the Foundation are joint controllers. In this respect, the Partner will process personal data of such users in order to enable them to register onsite, collect their personal data, assist and guide them for the loan registration process. The Foundation will process personal data of such users to render basic IT support services to the Partner, to assign a unique identifier to each of the users who registered onsite with the Partner for loan purposes and to provide guidance to the Partner on how to catalogue. 

You are entitled to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to the processing, to the adoption of automated decisions, withdraw any consent given and, be it the case, data portability by contacting any of the joint data controllers: for the Partner via https://www.coe.es/politica-de-privacidad/ and for the Foundation via the following portal.
