Tackling bribery in sport : an overview of relevant laws and standards / IPACS

This report has been prepared with a view to commencing the foundational work of the IPACS Task Force 4 and thereby contributing to its overall aim to : firstly develop mechanisms to enhance cooperation between law enforcement agencies, criminal justice authorities and sport organizations. Secondly to establish a mechanism for effective cooperation between law enforcement agencies, criminal justice authorities and sport organizations. And lastly simplify the dissemination, promotion, and distribution of Task Force 4 outputs. The initial tasks of the Task Force will be to implement the recommendations made during the expert group meeting, which were endorsed by the steering committee, including taking stock of existing anti-bribery legislation.
